學術成果:

 先后在工業(yè)界與學術界頂尖的有機光電實驗室針對有機電子器件中的若干重要問題進行了研究。在理解器件壽命與光強關系的基礎上通過像素設計,解決了有機發(fā)光二極管(OLED)顯示面板的壽命問題;通過磁場效應與器件物理研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)有機半導體中激子自旋統(tǒng)計的控制方法以及揭示光伏器件效率損耗通道;通過器件結構和制備工藝創(chuàng)新,實現(xiàn)了低成本低功耗的有機存儲器件。近年來在該領域發(fā)表包括Nature、Applied Physics Letters 等在內的SCI 論文20 余篇,其中第一(或通訊)作者10 篇包括Nature Communications 1 篇。獲授權美國專利6 項,向工業(yè)界轉讓專利申請權1項。發(fā)明美國專利(US7443093,第一發(fā)明人)使得OLED 顯示面板壽命至少提高一倍,解決了其走向市場的一個瓶頸問題,已經(jīng)被市場上OLED 顯示屏廣泛采用。
